Take a finished video and replace whoever is on screen. The scene, the timing, the camera and the edit stay exactly as they were — only the character changes. Works on real people and kids as well as on 2D and 3D characters.

Video remake

Shot once, rebuilt from scratch

We take an existing video and remake it beat for beat with new characters, new props, new colours, a new setting and new camera angles. The idea and the pacing survive; everything you look at is new.

Reframing pipeline

One long video in, a real vertical short out

Speed ~30 minutes per 60 seconds of content

Not a centre crop. The pipeline follows the action shot by shot, keeps every face in frame and re-exposes the image so the important thing still reads at 9:16. Same scene, same cut, rebuilt for a vertical feed.

A fresh hook bolted onto a video that already exists

Speed 3–5 minutes per intro

Same short, new opening. We write and generate a four-second hook and attach it to the finished video — so one video can be tested with several openings until one of them catches.
