Send a brief

We turn a one‑line brief into finished video, at production speed.

An in-house team building AI-generated video and the pipelines that produce it. Below is what we've actually made — every case plays right here, and opens into its own folder of examples.

03 Reframing pipeline

One long video in, a real vertical short out

Not a centre crop. The pipeline follows the action shot by shot, keeps every face in frame and re-exposes the image so the important thing still reads at 9:16. Same scene, same cut, rebuilt for a vertical feed.

  • Inputany 16:9 master
  • Output9:16 · 1:1 · 4:5
  • Keepsfaces, action, cut

04 Reskin pipeline

Same video, a different character in it

Take a finished video and replace whoever is on screen. The scene, the timing, the camera and the edit stay exactly as they were — only the character changes. Works on real people and kids as well as on 2D and 3D characters.

05 Voiceover

A voice over the picture, in whatever person the format needs

First person, as the character speaking for themselves, or third person narrating what happens on screen. Step-by-step commentary for crafts, or a story read over the cut. Written, cast and mixed to picture.
